The US median house price for existing home sales for all housing types was
$215,100 a rise of 3.1% on May’s value of $208,600. This, however, still
represents a drop of 6.1% against June 2008 when the figure was $229,000.
This small rise parallels that in the UK, showing that there are a
few green shoots of recovery in property markets worldwide.
